• One White or Pink Candle
• 1 small piece of Carnelian or tiger's eye
• Sea Salt
• 1 Work Candle
• 1 small drawstring bag or piece of cloth

Instructions

1. Light the candle 
2. Lay out the Ribbon on your altar or work space
3. Create a circle of sea salt around the ribbon - this will concentrate the energy of the spell around the charm.
4. Place the stone on the ribbon, and say the following words. "My confidence radiates from within. I am comfortable in my own skin. This meeting of souls will be  a pleasure. I charm this stone for extra measure."
5. Tie the ribbon gently around the stone and secure with a knot.
